Welcome to Lavender Road
Our Wholesale Program is designed for thoughtfully curated retailers, boutiques, spas, and hospitality partners who share our appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship, sustainable materials, and timeless design.
We value personal relationships with our partners and look forward to helping you create a distinctive assortment of handcrafted textiles for your customers.
1. Wholesale Membership
Wholesale accounts are available to qualified businesses upon approval by Lavender Road.
Approved accounts remain active without annual renewal or minimum annual purchasing requirements.
2. Wholesale Pricing
Approved wholesale partners receive pricing equivalent to 50% of Lavender Road's established suggested retail prices, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Our commitment to consistent retail pricing helps preserve the value of our collections and supports our retail partnerships.
Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended exclusively for approved partners.
3. Order Minimums
Standard wholesale minimums are:

Opening order: $1,000

Reorders: $500
For orders consisting exclusively of Kese exfoliating mitts:

Opening order: $250

Reorders: $100
Exceptions may be approved individually by Lavender Road.
4. Product Selection & Availability
Our website showcases a curated selection of Lavender Road textiles and does not represent our full available assortment.
We work directly with master artisans in Türkiye and can help partners explore additional colors, patterns, sizes, and textiles that may not be featured online.
Wholesale partners are strongly encouraged to contact Lavender Road directly to discuss product availability, assortment planning, and special sourcing requests.
All orders are coordinated personally with Lavender Road.
Product availability may vary due to small-batch production and traditional weaving schedules.
5. Ordering & Payment
Wholesale orders are coordinated directly with Lavender Road and invoiced through Shopify.
Payment in full is required before shipment unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved in writing.
Custom and special orders may require payment before production begins.
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Lavender Road.
6. Retail Pricing & Resale
Lavender Road establishes suggested retail pricing to maintain consistency across its collections.
Wholesale partners are encouraged to honor Lavender Road's suggested retail prices and avoid promotional discounting that could undermine the collection's luxury positioning.
Retailers remain responsible for setting their own resale prices in accordance with applicable law.
Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through the approved business and its authorized sales channels.
7. Retail Locations & Exclusivity
Wholesale approval does not automatically grant geographic or territorial exclusivity.
Any exclusive retail arrangement must be separately agreed upon in writing by Lavender Road and the wholesale partner.
Additional retail locations, new sales channels, or changes in business ownership should be communicated to Lavender Road for review.
8. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order's size, weight, and destination.
Complimentary shipping promotions offered to retail customers do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on inventory availability and whether products are sourced or produced in Türkiye.
9. Returns & Product Concerns
Wholesale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to overordering, unsold inventory, or personal preference.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lavender Road within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will personally review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate or required by law.
10. Handcrafted Variations
Subtle variations in weave, texture, color, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not generally considered defects.
These variations reflect the individuality of traditional artisan production.
11. Taxes & Resale Documentation
Wholesale partners are responsible for providing valid resale certificates or other applicable tax-exemption documentation when requested.
Tax-exempt treatment is subject to verification and applicable state and local tax laws.
Purchases that do not qualify for exemption may be subject to applicable sales or gross receipts taxes.
12. Program Administration
Lavender Road reserves the right to review account eligibility, update program terms with notice, or discontinue wholesale privileges for misuse of the program or other legitimate business reasons.
Approved accounts remain active unless voluntarily closed or discontinued.
13. Acceptance
By accepting membership in the Lavender Road Wholesale Program and placing an order using wholesale pricing, the partner acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
