At Lavender Road, each textile is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans in Türkiye. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lavender Road purchase. While we do not accept returns for refunds, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All exchanges are subject to product availability and must be approved before merchandise is shipped back to us.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@lavenderroadlux.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs associated with the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Value & Store Credit

Exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer.

If you select an item of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as Lavender Road store credit, adjusted for any applicable taxes. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase and is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect our textiles before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will personally review your concerns and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The Beauty of Handcrafted Textiles

The individuality of each piece is part of its beauty. Subtle variations in weave, texture, color, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not generally considered defects.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a particular piece, we're always happy to help.

Trade & Wholesale Purchases

Approved designer trade purchases are eligible for exchanges under the same conditions outlined above.

Wholesale purchases intended for retail resale are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges due to overordering, unsold inventory, or personal preference. We will gladly review concerns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
