Designer Trade Program Terms
Welcome to Lavender Road
Our Designer Trade Program is created for interior designers and design professionals who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship, timeless textiles, and thoughtful sourcing. We look forward to supporting your projects with handcrafted collections woven by master artisans in Türkiye.
1. Trade Membership
Trade membership is available to qualified design professionals upon approval by Lavender Road.
Once approved, accounts remain active without annual renewal or minimum annual purchase requirements.
2. Trade Pricing
Approved trade members receive 20% off regular retail pricing on in-stock merchandise.
Custom robes, special orders, and made-to-order textiles are quoted individually.
Trade pricing cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
3. Personal Purchases
Approved trade members may use their 20% discount for purchases for their own homes.
Personal purchases are subject to applicable sales tax and are not eligible for resale tax exemptions.
4. Retail Resale & Showrooms
Designer trade pricing is intended for professional design projects and personal purchases, not for purchasing retail inventory.
Designers who operate retail showrooms, boutiques, or online stores must receive separate approval to purchase merchandise for resale under Lavender Road's Wholesale Program.
Wholesale pricing, minimums, and territorial arrangements are established separately.
5. Ordering & Payment
All orders are coordinated directly with Lavender Road and invoiced through Shopify.
Payment in full is required before shipment unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. Special and custom orders may require payment before production begins.
The Lavender Road website showcases a curated selection of our collections and does not represent our full assortment. Trade and wholesale partners are encouraged to contact Lavender Road directly to explore additional products, colors, patterns, and sourcing opportunities. All trade and wholesale orders are coordinated personally.
6. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order and delivery destination. Complimentary shipping offers available to retail customers do not automatically apply to trade orders.
7. Exchanges & Product Concerns
Designer trade purchases are eligible for exchanges under Lavender Road's published Return & Exchange Policy.
Eligible exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Returns for refunds due to changes of mind or personal preference are not accepted. Any remaining balance from an exchange for a lower-priced item will be issued as store credit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be reviewed individually, with appropriate remedies provided in accordance with applicable law.
8. Handcrafted Variations
Subtle differences in weave, texture, color, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not generally considered defects.
9. Program Administration
Lavender Road reserves the right to update program terms with notice to participating members. Accounts remain active unless voluntarily closed or discontinued for misuse of trade privileges or other legitimate business reasons.
10. Acceptance
By accepting membership in the Lavender Road Designer Trade Program and placing an order using trade pricing, the member acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
